Thru Tubing / Coil Tubing Personnel
Overview
We are seeking experienced Thru Tubing and Coil Tubing personnel to support ongoing and upcoming oil and gas operations in Thailand. Multiple positions are available across Operator, Senior Operator, and Supervisor levels. These roles involve executing safe, efficient, and high-quality well intervention operations in line with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operators / Senior Operators
-
Perform thru tubing and coil tubing operations safely and efficiently
-
Operate CT units, pressure control equipment, and associated tools

Assist with rig-up, rig-down, pressure testing, and job preparation
-
Monitor well parameters and equipment performance during operations
-
Follow operational procedures, risk assessments, and HSE requirements

Support supervisors with job execution and reporting
Supervisors
-
Lead and supervise all CT/TT operations on site
-
Plan and execute intervention programs in coordination with clients
-
Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements
-
Conduct job risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety leadership
-
Manage crews, equipment readiness, and operational reporting

Act as primary interface with client representatives
Requirements
-
Proven experience in Thru Tubing and/or Coil Tubing operations

Relevant role experience:
-
Operator: Entry to mid-level field experience
-
Senior Operator: Strong hands-on and technical capability
-
Supervisor: Demonstrated leadership and job planning experience

Strong focus on HSE and operational discipline
-
Experience in onshore and/or offshore operations preferred
-
Valid industry certifications (e.g. IWCF, Well Control, BOSIET/FOET) are an advantage

Ability to work in Thailand (local or expatriate candidates considered, subject to visa/work permit requirements)
Preferred Experience

Previous experience in Thailand or Southeast Asia

Oil & gas well intervention, cleanouts, stimulation, or logging support

Familiarity with international operators and service company standards
