Conduct pre-job planning, including equipment checks and operational procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during tubular installation and retrieval.

Prepare accurate field reports, documenting operations, equipment performance, and any deviations from planned procedures.

Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines throughout all TRS activities.

Train and supervise field personnel in TRS best practices and safety protocols
