Upstream Well Design Engineer
Are you looking for a new role in Saudi Arabia? Our client is seeking a Well Design Engineer for a 3-week job.
Responsibilities of the Well Design Engineer:
- Work with our client to review a High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) well design that they already have.
- Utilise drilling software and modeling tools to simulate wellbore behaviour and assess drilling risks.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate them into well design processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation while maintaining safety and operational integrity.
Requirements:
- Proficient in drilling engineering software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills and able to manage multiple tasks.
