Job Title: Well Site Coordinator (6 Positions)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking 6 experienced Well Site Coordinators to join our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates must have a strong background in wellsite supervision and coordination within the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations at well sites

Coordinate all well site activities ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Interface with drilling engineers, rig contractors, and third-party service providers

Ensure proper implementation of drilling programs and logistics planning

Monitor and report on HSE performance and incidents
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of drilling and well operations

Relevant technical diploma/degree preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an advantage

Must be willing to work in remote well site location
