We are seeking an experienced Well Site Leader (WSL) to oversee and manage the operations at drilling and completion sites in Saudi Arabia. The WSL will be responsible for the overall safety, coordination, and efficiency of well site activities, ensuring that all operations are carried out in compliance with company standards, local regulations, and best practices. The successful candidate will provide leadership and technical expertise to field personnel, manage day-to-day site operations. The rotation for the work will be 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
- Previous
experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region preferred - Knowledge
of local industry regulations and standards. - Experience
with SLB preferred
