Upstream Our client in Saudi Arabia requires a number of Wellsite Leaders for an upcoming IFS Project.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of coordination at the wellsite, ensuring that all well operations are carried out in accordance with the approved well program, company procedures, client requirements, applicable regulations, and HSE standards.
Take overall responsibility for the safe and efficient coordination of wellsite activities during assigned operations.
Act as the primary company representative at the wellsite and maintain effective communication with the client, drilling contractor, service companies, and project management team.
Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with the approved well program, operational procedures, risk assessments, and applicable standards.
Coordinate activities across multiple disciplines and service providers to ensure efficient execution and minimise operational conflicts or delays.
