Our Global Clients are seeking Well Site Leaders to oversee operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of wellsite activities while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all wellsite operations, ensuring adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Coordinate and manage drilling, completion, and intervention activities to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Ensure all wellsite personnel, contractors, and service providers follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Monitor and optimize well performance, troubleshooting any operational challenges.
- Implement best practices to minimize operational risks and ensure well integrity.
- Conduct regular safety briefings, audits, and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of wellsite activities, incidents, and reports.
- Liaise between field teams, engineering teams, and management to ensure smooth communication and execution of well programs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company procedures.
- Manage logistics, equipment, and personnel to optimize efficiency and reduce non-productive time.
