A major service company is looking for experienced Well Testing Operators to support well testing operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining well testing equipment to collect and analyse well performance data. Operators will work in challenging environments, ensuring safe and efficient operations while adhering to strict HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rig up and rig down well testing equipment, including separators, flow meters, and surface test units.
- Monitor and record well flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and fluid properties.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and maintain well testing equipment to minimise downtime.
- Operate pressure control equipment and ensure proper separation processes.
- Accurately report test results and operational data to supervisors and clients.
- Work in remote field locations under extreme weather conditions.
- 3+ years of experience in well testing operations.
- Hands-on experience with surface well testing (SWT), early production facilities (EPF), and pressure control equipment.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and remote locations.
- Good level of English (spoken and written) for effective communication and reporting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
