A major service company is seeking experienced Well Testing Senior Operators to lead well testing operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of well testing equipment while ensuring safe and efficient execution. The Senior Operator will supervise junior crew members, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise well testing operations, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
- Operate and maintain well testing equipment such as separators, flow meters, and pressure control systems.
- Monitor and record well performance data, including flow rates, pressures, and fluid properties.
- Ensure all operations comply with HSE policies and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Train and mentor Well Testing Operators to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Liaise with clients and supervisors to provide operational updates and test results.
- Work in remote field locations under demanding conditions.
- 5+ years of experience in well testing operations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with surface well testing (SWT), early production facilities (EPF), and pressure control equipment.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and remote locations.
- Good level of English (spoken and written) for effective communication and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
