Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior operators and technicians, ensuring safety standards are followed and operations run smoothly.
Data Collection and Reporting: Analyze well test data, generate reports, and communicate results to senior engineers and clients.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational or technical issues with testing equipment and processes.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) protocols during all well testing activities.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Between $150 and $200 for Senior Operator positions subject to experience
