We are seeking a highly experienced Well Testing Supervisor to oversee and manage well testing operations in unconventional reservoirs across various remote field locations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising surface well test programs, managing crews and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of well testing operations in unconventional field environments.
Plan, execute, and monitor well test programs including flowback, cleanup, extended well testing, and early production facilities (EPFs).
Manage on-site well testing crews, service companies, and third-party contractors to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to safety standards.
