We are seeking experienced Well Testing Supervisors to support ongoing oil and gas operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of well testing operations, ensuring compliance with client requirements, operational procedures, and industry best practices. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing well testing activities in challenging operational environments, including unconventional oil and gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all well testing operations on site.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company, client, and regulatory HSE standards.
  • Lead and manage well testing crews during rig-up, testing, flowback, clean-up, and rig-down operations.
  • Monitor well performance and test parameters, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Liaise with client representatives, drilling, completion, and production teams to ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Review and implement operational procedures, risk assessments, and job safety analyses.
  • Ensure all well testing equipment is maintained, inspected, and operated safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate well testing documentation.
  • Support the training and development of junior personnel on site.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience working as a Well Testing Supervisor on onshore and/or offshore projects.
  • Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable experience working on Saudi Aramco projects and sites is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in unconventional oil and gas operations, including shale gas, tight gas, and unconventional reservoirs.
  • Extensive knowledge of surface well testing equipment, flowback operations, separators, burners, choke manifolds, and associated systems.
  • Strong understanding of well integrity, pressure control, and operational safety requirements.
  • Experience managing multicultural crews in remote operational environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
