Upstream We are currently sourcing experienced Well Testing Supervisors and DAQ (Data Acquisition) Consultants for an offshore project in Poland, commencing in early November 2026. Due to extended visa processing times for UK nationals, we are specifically seeking candidates who hold a European passport and can mobilise to Poland within the required timeframe.
Well Testing Supervisor
The Well Testing Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of offshore well testing operations, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and applicable HSE standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising offshore well testing operations from preparation through to completion.
- Leading and coordinating the well testing crew and associated service personnel.
- Ensuring all well testing equipment is prepared, tested and operational.
- Monitoring well test parameters and operational performance.
- Ensuring compliance with approved procedures, risk assessments and HSE requirements.
- Liaising with the client, drilling team and other offshore service providers.
- Maintaining accurate operational records, reports and documentation.
- Supporting troubleshooting and resolving operational issues offshore.
- Ensuring safe handover and demobilisation of equipment and personnel.
DAQ Consultant
The DAQ Consultant will be responsible for supporting the acquisition, monitoring, quality control and reporting of well test data during offshore operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist support for data acquisition during well testing operations.
- Monitoring and validating real-time well test data.
- Ensuring data acquisition systems and associated equipment are correctly configured and operational.
- Identifying and troubleshooting data quality or system issues.
- Working closely with the Well Testing Supervisor and offshore team.
- Maintaining accurate data records and operational documentation.
- Supporting data analysis and preparation of reports.
- Ensuring all activities are conducted in accordance with project procedures and HSE requirements.
For the offshore work, all applicants must have the below:
- OPITO – approved BOSIET
- OGUK – offshore medical
- European Union passport
