Our global clients are currently seeking experienced Well Testing Supervisors to oversee and manage well testing operations in Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality well testing activities, including flowback, production testing, and data acquisition, while complying with industry regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise well testing operations, ensuring compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute well testing, clean-up, and flowback operations in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance of well testing equipment, including separators, flow meters, and pressure control devices.
- Monitor well performance and analyze test data to optimize production and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Oversee personnel, contractors, and service providers, ensuring safe and efficient execution of well testing programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports of well testing operations, including test results, equipment status, and safety incidents.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Liaise with engineers, production teams, and clients to provide real-time updates and recommendations based on test data.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, API, and other industry regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings, risk assessments, and incident investigations as required.
