Our are seeking experienced Well Testing Supervisors to support unconventional oil and gas operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates must have prior work experience in Saudi Arabia, including direct experience on unconventional projects and proven experience working with Saudi Aramco.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and strict adherence to HSE and Saudi Aramco operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all well testing operations at site (DST, flowback, cleanup, production testing, frac flowback).

Lead and coordinate well testing crews and third-party service providers.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and permit-to-work systems.

Review and implement testing programs in line with unconventional well objectives.

Monitor surface well testing equipment including separators, choke manifolds, sand filters, flare stacks, and data acquisition systems.

Ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and daily operational documentation.

Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and enforce HSE policies at all times.

Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide technical guidance on-site.

Liaise with Company Representatives and client engineers to ensure operational efficiency and project success.
