Well Testing Supervisor:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of offshore well testing operations.

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, operational procedures, and company standards.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, providing on-site decision-making and technical leadership.

Liaise with client representatives, rig crews, and service providers to align testing objectives.

Monitor real-time data, troubleshoot issues, and make operational adjustments as needed.

Ensure accurate data recording and reporting; deliver high-quality post-job reports.

Conduct safety meetings, tool-box talks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Chief Operator:
-
Operate, monitor, and maintain all well testing equipment, including separators, burners, tanks, and flowlines.
-
Execute testing procedures in accordance with job programs and safety standards.
-
Support the Supervisor in maintaining efficient and safe operations.
-
Perform first-line diagnostics and maintenance on equipment.
-
Record accurate field data and support report generation.
-
Maintain operational readiness by ensuring equipment is clean, tested, and functional.
