UK based – Wind farm Site Managers required for our clients UK & Ireland Wind Farm Projects – 2024
Following experience desired:
- Ideally proven experience within the wind turbine industry, or related large-scale onshore construction project background
- Technical diploma, degree or relevant qualification related to engineering, construction or similar
- Proven working experience in construction management – renewable wind
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Fluent English skills, additional language skills are of benefit
- Valid GWO's
- Medical certificate
- SMSTS – UK Projects
- Experience in Vesta's Wind Farm projects – Preferred.
- Leadership and resources management skills
- Strong safety mindset and high-quality standards
- Solid time and project management skills
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Intercultural competencies
- Significant motivation and goal oriented
- Self-motivated and a “hands-on” approach
