Our client is looking to speak with experienced Wind Turbine Technicians (CT) from all backgrounds. You will be an integral part of
a dynamic team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of
wind turbines. Your expertise in troubleshooting and technical proficiency will
contribute to the efficient and reliable operation of wind energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on wind turbine components
    to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Diagnose
    and troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues in a timely and
    efficient manner.
  • Perform
    preventive maintenance tasks and implement corrective actions to minimize
    downtime and maximize turbine availability.
  • Collaborate
    with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance schedules and
    support project timelines.
  • Utilize
    advanced diagnostic tools and technologies to analyze turbine performance
    data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Adhere
    to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure working
    environment.
  • Provide
    mentorship and guidance to junior technicians, fostering a culture of
    continuous learning and development.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    of 2 years of experience as a Wind Turbine Technician.
  • Full
    driving licence
  • GWO
    Training
  • Technical
    diploma or relevant certification in wind energy, electrical or mechanical
    engineering.
  • Proficient
    in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Strong
    understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems associated with wind
    turbines.
  • Demonstrated
    expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Proven
    experience working at heights and in adverse weather conditions.
  • Knowledge
    of industry-specific safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration skills.
