Upstream Wireline Consultants
Our client in Saudi Arabia is looking for individuals to work as Wireline Consultants.
1 x Wireline Field Specialist – $200-$300 daily rate.
1 x Wireline Field Engineer – $300-$400 daily rate.
This work will be on a 8 x 4 rotation.
Responsibilities of the Wireline Consultants:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their well objectives and reservoir characteristics, and recommend suitable wireline logging services.
- Assist in the planning and design of wireline logging, and make real-time recommendations to optimise data quality and interpretation.
- Provide on-site supervision and oversight during wireline operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Analyse wireline data to assess reservoir properties, formation characteristics, and potential well issues.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients to address concerns, report findings, and make recommendations for wellbore management.
- Address technical challenges and deviations from the wireline plan providing solutions to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Wireline Field Specialist or Wireline Field Engineer.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in wireline tools, data acquisition software, and data interpretation.
- Extensive experience in wireline logging and formation evaluation, with a background in oilfield services, drilling, or reservoir engineering.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications.
