Downstream Wireline Crew Chief
Our client is looking for a Wireline Crew Chief to join their team in Qatar.
Responsibilities of the Wireline Crew Chief:
- Lead the wireline crew in executing wireline logging and intervention operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate the performance of team members to build a high-performing team.
- Plan, organise, and oversee wireline operations at client locations.
- Ensure compliance with job-specific instructions, operational procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage equipment preparation, deployment, and retrieval.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Able to work in physically demanding environments and extreme weather conditions.
