Upstream Our client is looking for 2 Wireline Production Services Engineer / Specialist for a project in Guyana / Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago.
Job Summary
Responsible for planning and executing wireline intervention operations that support well completion, production optimization, maintenance, and abandonment activities. Ensures safe and efficient delivery of mechanical and perforating services throughout the well lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute wireline intervention and production enhancement operations.
- Operate and maintain perforating, plug-setting, fishing, and other intervention equipment.
- Ensure operational readiness of tools, explosives, and support equipment where applicable.
- Provide technical guidance during well intervention activities.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with HSE standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in wireline intervention, perforating, completion, or production operations.
- Knowledge of well construction, completion, and intervention practices.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and field execution skills.
- Ability to work in demanding field environments and rotational schedules.
