Upstream Wireline Operator Assistant
Our client has requirements for a Wireline Operator Assistant for work in Roma, Queensland with potential opportunities in Moomba, South Australia.
As a Wireline Operator Assistant, you will play a vital role in the operations, assisting in the maintenance and operation of wireline equipment. This positions offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in the Oil and Gas sector and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities of the Wireline Operator Assistant:
- Assist in the preparation, operation, and maintenance of wireline equipment.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of equipment and work areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Open HR truck license. HC/MC is preferred or willingness to upgrade.
- QLD Explosives Security Clearance – client will arrange training for a QLD licence to use explosives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
