Wireline Service Operator – Kuwait
About the Role
Under direct supervision, you will rig-up and rig-down surface and downhole well logging equipment, operate logging systems at job sites, assemble downhole tools, and ensure all equipment is maintained and inspected according to company standards. This is a physically demanding role requiring dedication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities

Rig-up and rig-down surface and downhole well logging equipment including electric, nuclear, sonic, and other well logging tools.

Operate well logging equipment safely and efficiently at the job site.

Assemble and maintain downhole well logging tools.

Perform pre- and post-job inspections of vehicles and equipment, completing associated documentation.

Conduct preventative maintenance and cleaning of surface and downhole equipment.

Learn to operate pressure control equipment.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and promote safety awareness at all times.

Actively participate in quality improvement processes and adhere to HMS standards for personnel.
Requirements

Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in wireline or well logging operations (land or offshore).

High school diploma required; a technician degree preferred.

Knowledge of fishing, sampling, open hole, cased hole, perforations, and pressure control equipment (PCE).

Valid heavy-duty driving license preferred.

Ability to perform very heavy physical work (lifting over 100 pounds occasionally).

Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.

Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
