As the Workforce Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, mobilization, and management of personnel involved in the project, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budget, and safety standards. This is a senior position that requires a deep understanding of the operational and logistical complexities involved in unconventional oil and gas projects, as well as the ability to manage and lead diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the workforce strategy and planning for large-scale unconventional oil and gas projects in Saudi Arabia.

Develop and implement workforce mobilization plans, ensuring that personnel resources are aligned with project requirements and timelines.

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for project personnel, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Coordinate with HR, procurement, and project management teams to optimize workforce resources and resolve operational challenges.

Oversee the training and development of personnel to ensure alignment with industry best practices and project-specific needs.

Ensure that workforce performance aligns with project goals, including productivity, safety, and quality standards.

Monitor and evaluate workforce performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Manage and mitigate risks related to workforce logistics, including accommodation, transportation, and health & safety.
