Upstream Workshop Maintenance Technicians
Our client is a leading company in the Oil and Gas industry. They are currently seeking three experienced Workshop Maintenance Technicians to join their team to support operations in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities of the Workshop Maintenance Technicians:
- Operate torque machines to ensure accurate and precise tightening of bolts and fasteners.
- Conduct pressure testing on equipment and components to verify integrity and performance.
- Perform maintenance tasks on surface equipment, including spoolers, air kits, and workshop container checks.
- Assist with permanent monitoring preparation as needed, leveraging technical expertise and attention to detail.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, equipment inspections, and inventory levels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Technician or similar role, with expertise in torque machine operation, pressure testing, and surface equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of workshop safety practices and procedures, with a commitment to following guidelines and protocols.
- Familiarity with permanent monitoring systems is desirable but not essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts as needed to support operational requirements.
