Our client, a Swedish IT company, had been established for a while and they were looking to expand their operations. Instead of growing their existing base, they have decided to set up an office in another city with plans to grow to the same size as their HQ.

This required them to source 30 Full Stack Developers to assist in the development of the new office. After initially starting the recruitment process for Full Stack Developers themselves, they needed to onboard a trusted and skilled recruitment partner to provide additional candidates to assist with their scale of growth.

The Solution

After an initial call with the hiring manager, which involved an in-depth technical briefing, we identified a handful of suitable individuals, and presented them to the client. Once a few more conversations occurred, we agreed a contract and began work. We offered our expertise in talent acquisition to find more individuals with the required skillset for what our client was looking for.

During the process, we undertook thorough headhunting across the specified market, utilising all tools available, particularly LinkedIn. Visuna took great responsibility for shortlisting, arranging interviews, and offer management, whilst keeping all parties up to date on the process throughout.
